About The Character

Having been a Wood-Warder, Raith is no stranger to living without others. For most a century he hunted alone, ate alone, and slept alone. The only expectation was the few nights every three to five years when he visited his home village to mate and take a youngling jack into the jungle to be trained. But after training, the fresh jack was sent on their way and Raith was alone again.That was the way. That is what they expect of a Warder.But then he left.

Ashen white hair, tanned skin, and a light blue eye.Though he is not as tall as the women of his race, Raith stands tall for a male.He stands with spine straight, shoulders back and slightly down while keeping his feet shoulder width apart. The sight of confidence. Years in the jungle has gifted that to him.This jack is often found wearing a long black coat, a loose shirt under it, and high boots over baggy pants.

From his pastRaith lived as a Wood Warder for over a hundred summers. During that time, he had trained a few jacks in the way of the Green Word, which was their "strict code that binds them to their land and prohibits all contact with the outside world unless absolutely necessary."Perhaps your character was one of the jacks he had trained, or perhaps your character was one who did not pass, and Raith secretly made the offer to let them leave the forest forever.Or maybe your character was a fellow Wood Warder who became an acquaintance.Another option would be a character who was from his home village, one he knew from his early childhood or someone he met when he visited during one of his visits.

I have been rping for a number of years over different genres, games, and formats. Though my preference is multi-sentence to multi-para roleplay, I can adjust to mirror rp if needed.My characters and myself are 21+, and I prefer to rp with adults and adult characters. NPCs are approved on a case-by-case basis.I am not my character, so please do not get upset at me for my character's actions.   • ERP for the sake of ERP. It's not why I play my character. ERP is something that should only be developed through story and reason.

  • Lore Policing. We're here to write, roleplay, and be creative. I am not a fan of lore puritanism
